Fitness classes at revive

At Revive we know the importance of having fun whilst working out and that is exactly our mission.  


We run several fitness classes throughout the week so there's no excuse not to get in a workout.


All our classes run for 45 minutes which includes a warm up, main workout and cool down.


Fullbody Circuits

Build muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness with a mixture of endurance, resistance and high intensity exercises performed in a circuit.


Glute Camp

A class dedicated to growing your glutes with a mixture of glute bands, weighted exercises and body weight exercises. So if it's juicy glutes you are after this class is for you.


Sculpt

Build muscle and strength with a class dedicated to lifting weights. Targeting all muscle groups with exercises performed in a circuit using machines, cables and dumbbells.

Unlimited class membership  £29.99 a month

1 x single class pass £6

6 x class pass £30


Please note you will be required to fill out a PAR-Q form before participating in any exercise class/program with us.
