Our mission is to create a community of like minded women who would prefer to workout in a comfortable and intimate space.

For gym only 6 women will be able to train at any one time meaning you will never be in a busy gym environment. You will be required to book your gym session slot via our booking system LegitFit.

New to the gym? Inductions are available so you can have an opportunity to be shown around the gym and I'll also offer you a free 8 week training plan to get you started.

Please note the gym will be closed for four weeks out of the year for annual leave.
