Our 6 week challenge is designed to help you get your mojo back!

Are you fed up of starting Monday over and over again, with no structure to your week, not liking what you see in the mirror, no clue what you should be doing to get the results you want to achieve?


If you answered YES then this is for you!


What's included in our 6 week challenge

  • 3 personal training sessions per week in a small group setting (maximum 8 per session) with a timetable of sessions over the week to choose from.
  • Nutritional support and guidance with calories calculated
  • Access to a coach for support and accountability
