At Revive we offer a number of packages dependant on how many sessions a week you would like and how much support you need outside of your PT sessions.
1-1 Personal Training and Coaching
You can choose from one, two or three PT sessions per week, each being one hour long. Along with your PT sessions you will have access to our fitness app where you can log and track progress, build habits, personalised gym plan for you to follow outside of our sessions, support and guidance with nutrition and weekly check ins to monitor your progress and give feedback.
Alongside our sessions you will have the opportunity to come and use our facilities within the specified opening hours for a reduced monthly membership fee.
1 Hour per week £160 a month
(3 month commitment)
2 Hours a week £280 a month
(3 month commitment)
3 Hours per week £400 a month
(3 month commitment)
1-1 Personal Training Only
You can book 1 hour personal training sessions via our booking system LegitFit. There is various slots throughout the week.
This option is perfect for those who don't feel they need as much support and accountability outside of sessions and just want to learn to lift, build confidence and improve overall fitness.
1 Hour session £30
Please note during your PT session the gym will be open to members with a maximum of six at a time.
